Need help at your open home? We have Police checked people ready to help you at your open homes.
3 x 1 Hour open homes or scheduled private appointments with stacked viewings.
Open Homers Do:
- Enter people's names into the inspection register
- Hand out flyers
- Show people how to use the app
- Supervise people in the house
- Direct all specific property question to Owners via the app
- Provide general help as directed by you,
- Help keep a professional,happy ,friendly & inviting atmosphere in the home
Open Homers Don't:
- Engage in specific conversations about the property value or opinions on value
- Do not hound buyers about their plans or how many properties they have to sell
- Hound buyers about making an offer or seeking to solicit buyers.
Open Homers can do:
- VR Tours
- Digital Floor Plans
- Put up signs
- Smartphone photography
- Presentation ideas
- Marketing Help
Open Homers work flexible hours to suit & agreed to with Owners
Note: All specific buying conversations must be done with the owner in person or via the app.
Buyers are directed to make offers via the app at anytime when logged into the FiSBO web app.
