Who is selling the property?
The house will sell itself! And the vendor/owner of course. They use the FiSBO web app as a direct communication tool which allows potential buyers to open a line of communication with them. Then the buyer under their own volition and control can express thier interest to purchase or buy the property, "inviting the seller to a treat". Once they have pre-negotiaed in FiSBO®, and the vendor is in acceptance the detail is passed to each parties solicitor to draft the sales and purchase agreement and complete the sale.
