For internet Sale By Owner or FiSBO® for short is a service that provides software, advertising and marketing  to assist owners to locate and negotiate with potential buyers, via our website, or our partners websites or from newsprint, display ads, television ads, social media ads, blog posts or any other promotional outlet.

The FiSBO® App:

Our App allows buyers to express interest as an invitation to treat to be your preffered buyer and  review, negotiate and communicate directly with any potential purchaser prior to you accepting and sending to your solicitor to draft the sales & purchase agreement. You can choose to accept or reject the purchasers submission  before sending to your solicitor for final sign off and acceptance. Vendors must have a solicitor involved in the selling process as do purchasers. The FiSBO App is simply a collection point and filter of this data for both parties.

FiSBO® can collect market information and send to the seller via the app or worksheets to allow the seller to decide and set the advertised price or reserve. We recommend that the seller seek a registered valuation if they are unsure on the property value, registered valuers are un-biased and impartial, with the sellers registered valuation can be published to the FiSBO® website on the sellers instruction.

Open Homers help at open homes, register attendees to the open home, give out printed brochures about the property and keep the property secure and teach people how the FiSBO® app works. If a buyer wishes to talk with the seller they will make the introduction to the seller, and or let the buyer know they can open communication via the app at anytime. The vendor can see the names, phone , email address of any registered buyer along with any notes or questions the potential buyer may have from the open homes attendace register.

Attendance at openhomes

Buyers will agree to submit their contact details to the vendor at the time of, or before entry to the property. The buyers details will be sent  the seller instantly along with any notes about the visit. This information is required for the sellers , for health & safety and for security. If the buyer refuses the open homer has the right to ask the person to leave. 

If the campaign is "Price By Negotiation"s buyers can offer any value bid to the vendor via the app..

Open Homers can tell buyers how the FiSBO App works, how they may sign up , how to take photos or create VR tours and or how to market a property using the FiSBO systems. The vendor can direct buyers to submit and record offers or attendance via the FiSBO web app. Any offers made via the FiSBO web app does not constitute a legal or binding sales & purchase agreement. The Vendor shall set the advertised price when they set up their property marketing. A buyer can buy the house for the vendors advertised price from the start of the marketing if the seller is in agreement.
The decision to pre approve any offer of interest is at the owners sole discretion and control. It is highly recommended that you seek legal advice from your solicitor at any time  prior, during or after you decide to sell or buy a property.
